Katya Lopatko: “all the things she never said / fragmented poems for a fragmented world”

About This Work:

“What began as a chaotic iPhone note to process a time of deep transition ended as a self-aware piece of experimental prose masquerading as a chaotic iPhone note - how? why? - because I said so.“ – Katya Lopatko

Katya is a writer and grad student based somewhere between ennui, existential longing and Santa Barbara. Her background is in culture journalism, lit studies and quietly crying to Lorde on long walks through cities, foreign and familiar. She is 'working' on her first 'novel'.
